With the acquisition of BS-Import ApS, Nordthy A/S strengthens its position in the FMCG market. The acquisition of a new business leg will help ensure future growth and create new jobs in North Jutland.
BS-Import is a fast-growing Danish importer of groceries, canned goods, pasta, olive oils, spices and a great expertise in the Asian market. The company was founded by owner Bjarke Skov back in 2019 and in just a few years has become an established and well-respected supplier, which today is an important player in the Danish grocery trade.
The acquisition of BS-Import Aps comes from a long search for the right acquisition opportunity, CEO Søren Lukassen says:

In connection with the acquisition of BS-Import Aps, Bjarke Skov joins the circle of owners at Nordthy A/S, and will in future be the director of the Nordthy Food business unit. Owner and director of BS-Import, Bjarke Skov says:
