Nordthy A/S continues its growth journey with the introduction of a new business leg in chilled and frozen meat. This marks another strategic step in the company's goal to strengthen its position in the FMCG market.
At the beginning of last year - more precisely, on February 1, 2023, Nordthy announced the acquisition of BS-Import ApS as part of the company's growth strategy. The acquisition will ensure continued expansion and create more jobs in Northern Jutland.
From January 1, 2025, BS-Import will officially become Nordthy Food when BS-Import merges with Nordthy.
Stronger position in the market
Nordthy Food has gained a solid foothold in the Nordics and continues its rapid development. As part of its growth strategy, the company is now expanding its portfolio with a meat division. This news is an important step towards expanding the product offering and further strengthening the company's market position.
Exciting synergies for the future
The launch of this new business area will give Nordthy Food an even stronger presence in both the retail and foodservice markets. In addition, work is underway to expand the meat division to include ready meals, sauces and marinades. The goal is to be able to offer a wide range of products that match consumers' increasing demands for quality at competitive prices.
